And then IT happened.
Out of the corner of my eye i spy this moving creature. 6 legged and complete with sickening antannae, i without a doubt knew i spotted a large cockroach.
Adrenaline flowed from my adrenal glands ( reflex lecture helps lol ) to my heart. The heart beat kept rising. I somehow had this fear of cockroaches and that it was always targeting me almost as if it could sense my fear. The most basic of my human instincts took place. To FIGHT, or FLIGHT? that was the major question at that time.
Then the cockroach took a look at me. Never was there such fear within me at once. The most fear i had in a long long time was when i stared face to face with the cockroach. Straightaway my mind was made up, FLIGHTTTTTTTTT.
So now here I am retreated at my bedroom upstairs full of fear. Also, i think i might just have to sleep under the blankets tonight. This is the story of a survivor, the survivor of the cockroach episode or even a hero i might add :). So yes, this is the story of the night. Until next time, Alex out!
